Individual Coaching
Assessments
We utilize a number of assessments in coaching to guide the coach-client relationship, most notably the Clifton Strengthsfinder, The Table Group's Working Genius and Integrative 9 Enneagram assessments.
How does it work?
It begins by taking the online assessment to help you discover what's unique about you.
Then, over four meetings with a coach, you can accelerate in your understanding of talents you likely take for granted, embrace the combination of talents that makes you unique and aim those talents at improving performance at work. You finish feeling more confident, energetic and known…and not just at work!
Strengths are great, but what about weaknesses?
Don’t worry, we talk about those, too. We talk about weaknesses and blind spots and their impacts, but we are obsessed with your strengths as the primary way for you to manage your weaknesses and really develop into the best version of yourself.
Who should have a coach?
Anyone can benefit from coaching. We work with seasoned executives and team leaders, managers and entry level team members, people who have jobs and people looking for jobs, people looking for a new perspective and people looking for that next promotion. It's really for anyone hoping to grow.
How long does it take?
In addition to taking the online assessments, you meet with a coach for four 1-hour long conversations that can be done in person or via the miracle of digital technology, usually spread out over a one to two month span.
